To ensure we are respectful of each of our client’s schedules, we need everyone to adhere to the following policies for timeliness and absences. This policy applies to all training sessions.
A training schedule outlining days and times will be established ahead of the first session. It is important you arrive on time for each session, as each session will begin and end as scheduled.
For example: if your session is scheduled from 5am – 6am, and you arrive 15 minutes late for your session will still end at 6am.
Two sessions can be rescheduled within three days of the missed date.
For example: if you are absent for a Wednesday session, you need to reschedule and make-up the session no later than the coming Saturday.
If the make-up session is missed, you cannot reschedule again. After you have made-up three sessions, any additional missed sessions will be considered an absence, and the sessions cannot be rescheduled again.
No Call – No Show sessions are considered a forfeit of the session, and cannot be rescheduled.
